French ready-to-wear brand Courrèges wanted to optimize and streamline the shopping experience on its website.
The redesign focused on the checkout journey—from the shopping cart to the order confirmation—critical steps with a direct impact on conversion rates.

An audit of the existing checkout flow highlighted key friction points, leading to improvements such as SSO login options, a clearer step-by-step journey, reinforced reassurance elements, upsell suggestions, and a quick buy mechanism. The updated UI remained aligned with Courrèges’ design system, while introducing new components to enhance clarity and usability.
